CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please email tplfoods@outlook.com immediately with your order number. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

TPL Foods reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of our products (tea, coffee, kesar, heeng), returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing tplfoods@outlook.com with the order number and clear photos of the issue. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be considered.

If the return request is approved, we may provide a replacement or process a refund based on product availability and issue type. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

TPL Foods reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.
